Distance: 152 km (200 km with the Parks bike route section). Total ascent: 3,590 m (4,240 m with the Parks bike route section). Type of road: tarmac (except for the short stretch through the beech forest at Serrastretta). Recommended bicycles: road, gravel, e-bike. Municipalities reached: 14 (19 with the Parks bike route section). Provinces: 2 (Catanzaro and Cosenza). Notes: The Reventino-Savuto bike route leaves and rejoins the Parks bike route on the western side of the Calabrian ridge. This is a decidedly hilly route that calls for good physical preparation, so the use of e-bikes is recommended for untrained cyclists.
